Legalize the distribution and sale of opioid painkillers. The tax that can be levied from this sale can be used to financially strengthen our economy. The jobs created will lower the unemployment rate. The free market demands that the rights of citizens to live without pain by having access to medicines be upheld. The amount of pain Americans live in is greater than any consequences that might arise from the legalization of painkillers. Human decency must be upheld above all else. Do not force those of us who cannot prove our pain to continue to live our lives without dignity and respect.
