I am pro home distilling. I have a recipe that is said to belong to samuel adams cousin to the 2nd president of the united states that john adams enjoyed. Sadly currently home distilling is outlawed and closed to home brewers to enjoy. Home distilling is safe unlike the brewering processes of prohabition where alcohol was cut with things like antifreeze. These practices made distilling unsafe. Today distilling known as moonshining is ever popular and practiced today with no ill effects. New zealand legalized home distilling and saw it's economy and jobs grow due to home brewers turning liquor into a business. We would like home distilling to be legalized and enjoy the same laws as beer brewing or wine making. Illegal to sell without licence, but legal to make for home enjoyment.
