Marriage equality is currently being addressed through legalization of same-sex marriage. We must not forget other marriage dynamics that deserve the same legal recognition, lest we continue in unconstitutional discrimination.
First, we must repeal the laws that created felony and misdemeanor offenses for polygamist marriages. Then we must recognize these multiple-spouse marriages as equally as we recognize two-spouse marriages.
