Legalize the possession and use of marijuana

I petition that the possession and use of marijuana should be legal. Subject to the same restrictions as alcohol. Should be restricted to users over the age of 21. In this way, it's sells, can be taxed, which would help the economy. Farmers in the U.S. can grow it, which will create jobs. The amount of money being exported to other country's that is spent on marijuana will go down, and the price of fighting the war on drugs will go down. the revenue gained by taxing the sells of marijuana by licensed businesses will go far towards useful government activity's.
