In nature, many females eat their mates after sex. Females can "use mate choice to reject unwanted and unfit males by cannibalizing them" or "assess the nutritional value of a male compared to the male’s value as a mate."
Therefore, it should be legal for human women to kill and consume their mates following unwanted or non-consensual mating. This should be allowed for the following reasons:
1) Save on health care costs: "Cannibalism by females ... improves fecundity, overall growth, and body condition."
2) Family values: "Sexual cannibalism may characterize an extreme form of male monogamy, in which the male sacrifices itself to the female."
3) If women aren't given the choices over their own bodies like humans of other genders, is it really cannibalism?
