The ancient law that you can not make, "moonshine", is outdated and has lost it's pertinence. It is time to allow people to manufacture whatever alcohol they desire for personal use. The crime of illegal sale or transfer of the product will remain the same as with the personal manufacturing of beer or wine. Taxes and a permit must be paid/established if a transfer for any profit happens. Just allow people to make the product for personal or non-profit use. Thank you for considering.
