The legalization of marijuana has been a very hot topic recently and the country really seems to be changing its views on the use and distribution of it. At this point in time, a majority of the population believe that marijuana should be 100% legal. Now, I know that the whole "well MOST of us think its okay, so we should get what we want" argument is a pretty invalid one, but when you combine it with the possible positive affects legalization could have on the country as a whole, it makes a bit more of an impact.
Marijuana would benefit the country in such substantial and remarkable ways. New businesses, new jobs, improved nationwide happiness, and the stimulation to the economy are just a few of the MANY benefits that would come about from legalization.
