We the people, of the great United States of 'Murica establish the need of said people to engage in various acts of intercourse. We believe that it should hereby be legalized to engage in intercourse in return for a moderate monetary transaction. It would be fully taxable and go towards the recent discussions of a Vikings stadium in Ardon Hills.
