This petition would keep poor female sex workers from living on the streets while conducting their business. This would also keep our jails from being crowded up with people who have paid for sex and gotten caught.
Women, and men, have a right to sell their own bodies, saying otherwise would be a violation of the constitution. We can promote the use of condoms and regular disease screening, but gays are the ones really spreading STDS, not sex workers (unless they happen to be gay).
The economy would receive a boost, now forcing sex workers to pay taxes on the money that they receive from their customers.
