There is no reason that nudity in public should be illegal. Nobody has died from seeing anyone naked, humanity will not perish in a nuclear fireball if people are truly free in a free country to live their lives in public in harmless nudity.
The first amendment of the Constitution guarantees freedom of expression. Nudists, and naturists are denied this right due to out-dated, prudish laws called "indecent exposure." There is nothing indecent about the human body.
As long as nobody is doing anything sexual in public with their nudity, then it should be legal for free people to experience the ultimate freedom.
