We the youth of America petition an action to legalize the purchase and use electronic cigarettes to youths in all states.
This petition applies to all vaporizers (e-cigs) and only to the propylene glycol (PG) and/or vegetable glycerin (VG) (e-juice) solutions that do NOT contain nicotine. Vaporizers themselves are harmless, only the 'e-juice' contains the harmful nicotine.
Nicotine containing products are illegal for purchase and use by minors. We propose that only non-nicotine containing 'e-juice' (which exist and is manufactured on a mass scale) be legal for purchase and use by minors.
If approved it will expand the nation's economy and job market in the primary and tertiary sectors of the economy by introducing manufacturing and sale of e-cigs to a larger consumer base.
