Legalize rare coins forty or more years old not released but in private hands so they can be sold to raise tax revenue.

Created by S.S. on March 21, 2014

The 1974-d aluminum cent is at risk of being confiscated by the government. It has been in private hands since it was minted and recently surfaced and was to be resold for an extremely high value creating lots of tax revenue for the country. If confiscated it will end up hidden away forever and never contribute to our country or numismatics as a whole. This is actually the same as the 1933 $20 double eagles confiscated and held by the government, it does no good for the economy to hold such numismatic treasures captive. These could be sold over again through out the years each time bringing in tax revenue. The president should release these articles under executive order in hopes of reaping the tax revenue and the fact of how long ago the coins where minted should release them of liability
