This petition is for the federal legalization of the marijuana herb, all together. This would include sale, consumption, and possession.
Marijuana is currently ranked as a drug on the same level of Cocaine and Methamphetamine. There have been no deaths from the drug, and it is a countless number of times over safer than alcohol, and tobacco.
