Legalize recreational drugs, use the tax revenue to reduce the deficit in stipend payments; fund government expenditures

Legalize recreational drugs (Benzodiazepines,cocaine,Cannabis,psilocybin mushroom,LSD,Amphetamines, Ecstasy and DMT) and use the gained tax revenue from commercial sales of the legalized products to make stipends payment on the Defect and fund federal and state expenditures such as healthcare, capital expenditure, roadwork, and social services. Regulate the product to reduce risk and substance abuse by informing users of known fatal doses by standardized body weight and interaction with other substances.

Currently Alcohol,tobacco and nicotine are considered recreational substances yet remain fully legal. The personal use of drugs do not infringe on the rights of other and have no constitutional reason to be illegal.

Through proper regulation, drugs can become a natural part of life.
