I believe we could create a voluntary sin tax for federal and state coffers by legalizing marijuana. We could save billions in police, judicial and penal resources to be used for violent offenders. A DUI is a DUI regardless if it is alcohol, prescription or non-prescription drugs. It is time to allow adults to maintain privacy in their own homes,seek non-prescription medical relief where they choose and release the financial burden of criminilization from our public sector.
