It is time to legalize marijuana use as a whole and for us as a country to stop criminalizing people for using it. In this petition, we are asking President Barack H. Obama to legalize marijuana by Executive Order before he leaves office on January 20, 2017. There have been many proven health advantages and benefits discovered in relation to Marijuana/Cannabis. Already over ten states have legalized marijuana and many more are on the way. Let's just put the fight behind us and get it over with. It is a mere plant, government has no place telling a citizen they can not possess a plant. LET'S LEGALIZE!!!!
