One American every 30 seconds is arrested for Marijuana use. The legalization would not only decrease unnecessary arrests and prison populations but it would also create jobs. It would decrease the drug war and deaths related to drug dealing by a huge amount. The Mexican Cartels have experienced a 30% decrease in profits from the legalization in Colorado and Washington alone!
