Legalize recreational THC across the United States tax it educate young people about it and regulate its distribution

We petition the Obama administration to legalize marijuana for all US citizens. We want the youth of America to be required to have education regarding both the pros and cons of the usage of marijuana. We petition for the federal regulation of marijuana to be both non-intrusive and effective.
