A Bill to Legalize the Recreational use of Cannabis Products to
Increase Tax Revenue of the US
BE IT ENACTED BY THE STUDENT CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
SECTION 1. All Stores Licensed To Sell Tobacco Products Will Be Able to Sell Cannabis Products as well.
SECTION 2. Cannabis products defined as any product containing THC.
SECTION 3. The FDA will oversee the legal distribution of the cannabis product to stores, and enforce this legal selling with strict Laws.
A. Any store not licensed to sell the cannabis product that is caught will receive hefty fines and lawsuits.
B. The legal age for Cannabis usage follows same guidelines as Tobacco Use.
SECTION 4. If this resolution is to pass, it will be enacted immediately. And the tax on them will be raised to 10%
