Decriminalize recreational use of marijuana for the betterment of society. It will force law enforcement to focus on much larger issues while saving tax payers' money at the same time. It should be treated like alcohol in that it ought to be regulated and kept out of the hands of the youth. Not to mention it would destroy dangerous cartels.
