The use of marijuana should be up to THE PEOPLE!! It is the least harmful "drug" in the world. Unlike alcohol (which is legal as everyone knows) can not kill by binge smoking or whatever the preference for ingestion. Everyday alcohol kills people, or causes crimes. People get drunk and can not tell right from wrong. People "get high" they don't do these things!!! Granted still nobody should be driving while high for the safety of others. Which brings me to the point of giving recreational marijuana the same exact laws as alcohol. Only reforming them for marijuana. THIS IS OUR RIGHT AS AMERICANS TO USE THIS MINOR DRUG!!!! Not to mention how much revenue it would bring into the U.S. to help with our deficit. Also decrease the amount of money used to hunt down drug cartels. WE ARE THE PEOPLE!
