The recreational use for marijuana should be legal. America was founded on the belief of freedom, and with this freedom you should be able to smoke a growing plant if you so choose. Marijuana in fact has many medicinal uses, it would take away a huge portion of the gang issues, and it would generate billions of dollars.
Legalizing "Mary J," would benefit the country as a whole.
