It's time to stop wasting time chasing "criminals" who do nothing more but carry a gram of marijuana for recreational use. If alcohol and cigarettes are legal, why shouldn't marijuana, which unlike alcohol and cigarettes happens to have medical uses, be legalized for recreational use as well?
