I am starting this petition so that the United States of America can finally legalize the recreational use of Marijuana nationwide. It is already well known that recreational marijuana is now legal in some, but very few states.
Those states have not revoked that law because no negativity has come out of it, nothing has back fired.
Honestly why is marijuana legal? It doesnt kill you, you cant overdose. Alcohol and Cigarettes will rot your body from the inside out but there perfectly legal. I say they should legalize it but treat it as alcohol, (because it could impair you) so if you get high no driving do that. But enough with getting treated like a criminal for wanting to smoke weed.
There are only benefits, if you dont like weed why take away something away that should be our right.
