Legalize, regulate, and tax marijuana. Legalize it so we can make the most of it and keep harmless users out of jail.

This petition is to Federally legalize the recreational use of marijuana. We as American people have done the research. Marijuana annually takes no lives but yet sends an outrageous number of people to jail everyday. The only harm marijuana does is to a man's criminal record. Its time we forget about what does the American people no harm and start focusing on what is truly hurting American spirits. We need to legalize and regulate this crop and tax it. By successfully doing so, we can take all tax revenue to worry about the IMPORTANT things [schools, education, and jobs]. Marijuana will always be around which means there will always be a large amount of tax revenue. Lets stop these shootings and give children a safe and top notched education. Let get more people into the workforce.
