legalize, regulate and tax marijuana usage and serioulsy consider the legalization of other recrational drugs.

By making drugs illegal, the United States recreated the conditions present in prohibition when alcohol was illegal. Legalization would permit regulation and taxation as well as take the profit out of illegal drug trafficking. While I am personally opposed to substance abuse on any level, I believe that control of these substances will be more successful than trying to obliterate the drug trade, a violent and useless endeavor. I urge like minded people to opt for the legalization of Marijuana and after serious research give consideration to the legalization of other recreational drugs.
