We the people ask the federal government to Call on Congress to act on an issue:

Legalize, Regulate, and Tax the recreational use of Marijuana and allow states to decide how they handle it.

Created by E.B. on November 30, 2016

Over 60% of the U.S population are now in favor of legalizing recreational Marijuana, but in congress we are turned down, why? Shouldn't the people decide what is legal and what's not. This is not like the issue of guns, where it is outlined that they should be legal in the constitution, nowhere does it list Marijuana as illegal, even the founding fathers used it. Congress, it is your duty to bend to the will of the people, so do so, and finally legalize it.
