Legalize the responsible growing, usage and distribution of the Cannabis plant in all of its incarnations.

We the people of the united states of america have had enough of the prohibition of the responsible, personal usage of the cannabis plant as both a recreational hobby, a medicinal plant and an agricultural product. After more than 80 years of prohibition we currently waste 12-15 million dollars a year on fighting a war against a plant that is actually less dangerous than alcohol and tobacco. These policies enacted by the government have only cost us money we need to be spend elsewhere, and put hundreds of innocent americans in the prison system and empowering our enemies in the drug cartels and overseas. If we were to Legalize, regulate, and tax cannabis in the same manor that we do alcohol or tobacco it will not only cut spending, but revitalize our economy by opening up an untapped marke
