Since there has been attempts on both sides of Capitol Hill, EPA, and others to tax flatulence on cows, the right to fart and burp in public must be protected. It is natural that all living things must fart and burp to survive. Gas must not be held back for any reason.
Farting and burping does not cause the greenhouse effect anymore than other contaminants. Also, farting and burping are basic human rights.
