Marijuana has been proved to be very useable in the medical field by helping treat diseases. It has never had a recorded death anywhere in the world. Cigarettes and alcohol take loved ones away from families every day. So is marijuana because many states have very stringent laws placing people in jail for long periods of time over marijuana related offenses. I just think its time for this "Prohibition" to be over. Its unfair that people in some parts of our country are spending years in jail over this plant, and in other parts people can legally buy it in Dispensaries. If we taxed and regulated this plant it will be best for the greater good of this country. If you don't agree with my ideas completely, at least keep in mind the sick who need this as their medicine.
