Legalize the sale of chocolate named Kinder Egg in the United States.

The Kinder Egg is one of the most popular chocolates throughout the world. The U.S. deemed it unsafe because of a toy that is located in the hollow center. The egg is very safe to eat and not a hazard at all due to the size of the plastic casing the toy is enclosed in. This chocolate would create factories throughout the United States thus creating more jobs and more tax base. Many of these chocolates are purchased overseas and are confiscated by homeland security wasting even more of our tax dollars having to destroy these.
