legalize the sale of marijuana to tax it and bring in revenue to decrese deficit

if you are able to put a tax on this drug and make it legal it may no longer be as much of a thrill that comes with breaking the law, you then take money away from gangs and can use it to lower the deffecit. certenly have a legal age to purchase it around 25 to 28. still ban it for use by the military
