Several states outlaw the sale of raw milk. The USDA comes in and shuts down farms that sell raw milk. They confiscate the animals and pour out the milk without testing it. It has been noted that raw milk is not as dangerous as it is being portrayed and has been documented to have great health benefits. This petition is to legalize the sale of raw milk and reduce the USDA's authority to shut down raw milk farms; especially the small farms.
