We the people have the right to life, liberty, and the persuit of happiness so long as that persuit does not tromp on someone elses rights. The right to marriage to the one we love, who so ever that may be, is as inseperable to the persuit of happiness as life is to breath. These rights are HUMAN rights. No matter what else may come. This issue is not a religiouse issue as marriage in intself comes with several state and federal privileges that are being witheld from all those being denied this right. This is UNCONSTITUTIONAL AND MUST BE CHANGED!
