What's the difference between a man and his wife and a man and his husband/ woman with her wife? Hawaii and New York have legalized it on a state level, and it should be legalized on a federal level! Homosexuals are no different from us, and shouldn't be treated differently. Why can't they be happy like a straight man and woman can be? We make express love differently, but that doesn't mean it's a different feeling between a homosexual couple or a straight couple. They have the right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness just like the rest of us.
