Legalize same-sex marriage. Offer same-sex couples the same benefits and rewards of marriage, and ensure same-sex couples and the LGBT community are not discriminated against under unfair laws. Uphold one of the beliefs that this country was founded upon, that all men are created equally. Give marriage rights to EVERY human being in the LGBT community, not just a select group of people in a certain majority, while detaining the privileges and rights of the minority. Same-sex couples are more than capable of upholding a family unit and raising children who would otherwise be without a home. Same-sex marriage will not uproot any "traditional" marriage, it will only allow more loving American couples to finally be a part of a "valid" relationship through the eyes of the law.
