Legalize Self-prostitution

Legalize self-prostitution in and effort to combat human trafficking and drug use. By allowing this competition would drive down prices making it less valuable for human trafficers and not provide enough income for drug use. Require drug testing and health screenings monthly to ensure that it is not used for these purposes as well as taxing the income made. Make those who attempt to "pimp" be punished with life-imprisonment and with the death penalty for those who traffic children or adults who originally began as children. Moral objections based upon religion should not be applied because church and state are seperate.
