Legalize small quantitys of marijuana for recreational use in Kentucky

Passing my petition would cut back on tax payer's dollars paying to put marijuana users in jail. It would also save the state money by legalizing small amounts of marijuana use in Ky it is a person over the age of 21 right to use marijuana if we choose. It isn't like people in Ky aren't going to use it if the courts tell them they can't. They are still going to use it. If caught driving while use of marijuana then u get a fine 2nd offence a higher fine and if you get caught a third time loose your license for a year.
