The VAST majority of anabolic steroid users do not play sports at all. Instead they use them simply to enhance their physical appearance (for the same reason some women chose to have breast augmentation surgery and botox injections). Drug testing in sports to ensure a level playing field is understandable however that is a very small percentage of the population that this pertains to. This could be a very good source of income as it could be taxed and regulated just like Alcohol currently is (and possibly soon, Marijuana).
