The legalization of marijuana would help move the focus from possession crimes of marijuana to the real criminals. It would also help with the economy because the government could charge tax on the marijuana being sold in lets say a marijuana shop, where the owners would grow and maintain marijuana and sell it to the consumer. Now I do believe that there should be and age limit to use marijuana, as it would not be good for the children of america to be using this drug. I believe that as american citizens not only should this be taken seriously but that it is what would be fair to the american people.
