Legalize the use of Atv's on public roads.

Many American people us Atv's and Utv's everyday. If a person is allowed to ride a motorcycle on the road then why shouldn't we be allowed to ride Atv's on the road.
Now taking this in to perspective, yes the Atv's would need modifications to be street legal such as: blinker, a horn, brake lights, headlights, and DOT approved tires. Atv's are safer to ride on roads than a motorcycle because you do not have to focus on balance. If a person becomes no longer to ride a motorcycle because of age or physical condition an Atv will be safer for them and give them the same experience they once enjoyed. There is no reason why state's have put a ban on the use of public roads other than what was stated earlier. Plus it will help the economy because the sales of Atv's will rise.
