Legalize the use of cannabis nationwide.

Created by J.C. on July 28, 2012

We believe that the idea of marijuana being illegal in the United States is completely debauching due to the fact that it has many benefits for humans. It is proven by the FDA that there has been zero deaths from the use of marijuana. It can't be proven, however, that marijuana is a cause of cancer. With this being said, how is it that marijuana is illegal, but not alcohol? Or tobacco? When tobacco has been affirmed to be the cause of nearly 6 million deaths a year. Or when the use of alcohol is proven to be the logic of over 250,000 deaths a year. Marijuana is a natural resource on this planet, and for it to be illegal in the U.S is bereaving us from the use of marijuana. States, such as California, has codified the use of medical marijuana and we robustly believe it should be nationwide.
