Since morbidly obese people refuse to get off their asses and lose weight themselves, it should be put into the hands of others. A solution to this is to hire someone to chase said morbidly obese person around with a cattle prod to help "motivate" them to exercise. Not only will this help with the obesity epidemic but it will also help create new jobs.
