Marijuana is a powerful resource we can use. It can be used to make paper and ropes, decreasing the amount of trees we cut down and never restore. This plant grows extremely fast, so we could have high production rates without the use of harmful chemicals/fertilizers. Also, Marijuana can be used to treat the ill, and does not have to be used as a street drug to get high. Therefore, the American government should legalize marijuana for health of their people and to grow a replenishing environment for their country.
