Its beneficial for both the users and for the government because they can tax it and now people can smoke it with out getting arrested or any thing to prevent them from having it, crime rate will drop rapidly since it would be legal and many more people will be a lot calmer its already starting to get legalized in some states why not just make it the whole U.S.?
