Legalize the use of marijuana federally

I would like to speak on the behalf of millions of Americans when I say cannibis should be legalized by the federal government. I understand all of us may not agree with that idea, but there's on thing you can't disagree with, the facts. Its mind blowing that cannabis is even considered a illegal drug by the government. Its a flower for crying out loud. There have been no deaths from the use of cannabis but yet millions of people die from tobacco and alcohol each year and for the government to turn a blind eye to that is utterly ridiculous. Hell! Peanuts cause more deaths a year than cannabis. That alone should be enough to legalize it. Not only would legal marijuana bring in millions, if not billions in revenue for the government but it would also noticeably decrease the jail population.
