Legalize the use of marijuana not only as a medical drug for the disabled, but as the one single drug of choice(:(:!!!!!

The medical use of marijuana is not only completely helpful to the disabled but it is a human right to use and abuse whatever substance that they want inside of their body. i understand that it may be endangering but we it's not like you would be legalizing any other chemical substance beside one that is home grown, naturally grown, originally introduced into the world and nearly harmless. I am only 13 years of age, and i completely support the use of marijuana. I am also sober. One thing that I can say is that you don't hear about a stoner over dosing on marijuana. They are completely harmless. If you were to have a tax on weed we could have a major and increasing boost of money to help us climb out of debt. I only ask that you make marijuana legal for all, and consider selling it too(:!
