Many state governments have made it clear that they wish to control the use of Marijuana. Due to the fact that the federal government has yet to accept those requests and allow the states to independently control the use of this substance which is one of the top used overall even against the Prohibition that has been proven to show no harm or damage to the American person(s) who uses such in their lives and their physical health, it is here by requested that the federal government legalize and no longer prohibit the use of Marijuana in the state of Texas or the US as a whole.
