Legalize the growing, medical, and recreational use of marijuana in the state of Florida. Ensure that the proper healthy growth is done with laws and licenses to farmers. Tax all sales from farmers to processing plants to the store sales of marijuana to increase income for the state to use for all public projects. Treat the sales of Marijuana like alcohol 21 or older and not able to drive or work under the influence. Allow up to 3 plants to be grown per property without the need to purchase the growers license for personal use. Anything over an quarter ounce will still be criminal charges and if caught with it and underage will be criminal as well.
