Legalize the use of recreational marijuana across the nation on a federal level.

We would like our President Barack Obama, to legalize recreational marijuana use on a federal level across the U.S. including oils and concentrate as well as edible and plant flower forms. We feel it shouldnt be schedule 1 and should be raised to a different schedule as there has been found to be some medical backup for this. We also feel a look should be taken into making alcohol for consumption as a schedule 1 narcotic as no medical uses have been found.
